1. The Nature of Our Products (Exemptions)
Due to the nature of our inventory, the following items are exempt from standard returns:

2. Standard Returns
For eligible items:

3. No Restocking Fees
We believe in transparent service. ND Computers charges $0.00 Restocking Fees for all eligible returns.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives in less-than-perfect condition, we will make it right:
| Reporting | Please report any damage or defects within 24 hours of delivery. |

| Resolution | We will provide a full refund or a replacement for any items confirmed as damaged or defective upon arrival. |
5. Refunds

6. Return Shipping Costs
